"I returned my order the whole process..."
I returned my order the whole process was more annoying than it should’ve been. I’m still waiting on my refund too, which makes it feel like a poor value for the time and effort involved.

"Photos Made It Look Way Better Than It Was"
I was disappointed when it showed up. The photos made it look way nicer than what I actually got, and the description didn’t mention the scratches at all. Like, that’s kind of important, right? I get that used items aren’t perfect, but at least be upfront about the condition. The pictures felt a little misleading, and the whole thing just left me annoyed.

"Shipping was honestly a headache"
I ordered from rusticsforless.com, and the whole shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely changed for days, and the package ended up arriving much later than the original estimate, which just gave the whole thing a really careless feel.

I kept checking for updates myself because there wasn’t much clear communication, and that got old fast. If you’re not in a rush, maybe it’s fine, but based on how this went, I wouldn’t count on them if you need your order to show up on time

"Slow replies and not much real help"
My gut feeling after dealing with their customer service wasn’t great. I reached out a couple of times about my order and ended up waiting way longer than I expected just to get a response.
When someone finally did reply, it felt rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It was one of those replies where you can tell they technically responded, but didn’t actually help much.
I understand companies get busy, but leaving customers hanging like that just doesn’t sit right with me. Unless they improve how they handle support, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Confused by the website and arrived damaged"
I was disappointed with this order. The website made it seem like everything would be packed securely, so I wasn’t expecting any issues, but when it arrived, the packaging was really poor. A bunch of the items were dinged up by the time I opened the box. just confusing and frustrating.

"Not worth the money"
It looked decent online, but once it arrived I was disappointed. The item felt cheap for the price, and the way it was handled/shipped didn’t help either, the packaging looked careless, like it had just been tossed around. For what I paid, I expected much better quality and a little more care. i wouldn’t buy from them again.
